Built around the ember, not the spotlight.

Maison Ember began as a quiet idea: what if fine dining felt less like a performance and more like a generous invitation? We built a kitchen around live fire, a dining room with soft light and linen, and a team that reads the room as carefully as the menu.

Today, we’re still guided by that first instinct—respect the ingredient, honor the guest, and let warmth do the rest.
